Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Multify Inc. ("Multify," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Learny Brain and our related websites, workspaces, and integrations (the "Service"). It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Scope and Controller

Multify Inc., a Delaware corporation, is the controller of personal information processed through the Service. You can reach us at hello@learny.co. If you are in the EU, UK, Switzerland, or a similar jurisdiction, see Sections 11 and 12 for transfer mechanisms and your rights.

2. Information We Collect

3. Sources of Data

We collect information directly from you (when you sign up, configure a workspace, or contact us); automatically when you use the Service (logs and telemetry); from Connected Accounts and third-party services you authorize; and from our infrastructure and communication providers.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK Users)

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service); our legitimate interests (to secure, debug, and improve the Service and prevent abuse); your consent (where required, such as certain communications); and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How We Use Your Information

6. AI Processing and No-Training Commitment

To answer your questions, your prompts and relevant Content are processed by AI models, including via OpenRouter (which routes to upstream providers) and OpenAI (for search embeddings). We do not use your Content to train our own models, and we configure providers, where the option is available, not to train on your Content. Providers may retain data transiently for abuse-monitoring as described in their own policies.

7. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with:

8. Connected Accounts

When you connect a third-party tool, you authorize the Service to access data from that account to provide answers. We process that data to operate the Service and do not use it for advertising. You can disconnect a tool at any time; disconnecting removes its content from the brain's search index.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your workspace is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You can delete content (such as conversations or a SamePage) within the Service, and admins can delete brains.

11. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and may process information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. For transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

13. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@learny.co; we will verify your identity (typically by confirming control of your account email) and respond within the time required by law. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.

14. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes we will provide notice by email or within the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
