Why create more brains

Different teams care about different sources. Separate brains keep answers focused and access clean:

• Support — connected to your help desk and policy docs.
• Engineering — connected to your code, issues, and runbooks.
• Sales — connected to your CRM and playbooks.

Each brain has its own connected tools, its own chat history, and its own SamePage.

Access control

When you create a brain, choose who can use it:

• Whole organization — everyone in the workspace.
• Specific people — only the members you add (and anyone you invite to it).
