Brains

A brain is a knowledge base. It's smart because it's connected: the more tools you link to it, the wider the surface it can answer from. Every organization starts with a company brain.

Managers and admins can create additional brains — for example, a "Support" brain connected to your help desk, or an "Engineering" brain connected to your code and docs. Each brain has its own connected tools, its own chat, and its own SamePage.
