Connecting tools
Connections are what make a brain powerful. Link the tools where your work already lives, and the brain can search and read across them to answer questions — no more hunting through five apps to find one thing.
How to connect a tool
- Open a brain and go to Connections.
- Find the tool you want and click Connect.
- Sign in securely to that app and approve access. You're brought right back to Learny Brain.
Once connected, the brain begins indexing that tool's content so chat can search it — and can open individual items live for the freshest detail.
What you can connect
Hundreds of integrations are supported — Notion, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Linear, Asana, Trello, Todoist, Zendesk, Google Drive, Gmail, and many more. New ones are added all the time. Browse the full, live list from the Connect your tools button on the homepage.
Connections belong to the brain
A connection is shared by everyone with access to that brain — connect once, and the whole team benefits. You can rename a connected account, view exactly what a tool exposes, or disconnect it at any time. Disconnecting also cleans up anything that tool added to the brain's search index.
Your data stays yours. Connections are scoped to the brain you add them to, and you stay in control — disconnect any tool whenever you like.
