Roles & invites

Learny Brain keeps things simple with three roles. Everyone can ask questions; managers and admins get progressively more control.

Roles

• Admin — owns the workspace. Manages company details, branding, theme, Quick Links, Integrations, members, and can delete brains.
• Manager — everything a user can do, plus creating and managing brains.
• User — uses Chat and SamePage on the brains they can access.

Inviting your team

1. Go to Members in the sidebar.
2. Enter a teammate's email and choose their role.
3. They receive an invite, verify with a one-time code, and join your workspace.

You can also invite people directly to a restricted brain when you create it — they'll get access to just that brain on accepting.
