Getting started

Learny Brain is a shared, always-on knowledge base for your whole organization. Connect the tools you already use, add the facts your team asks about most, and then just ask — in plain language — from the web or from Slack.

Create your workspace

1. Pick a subdomain. This becomes your private workspace address, e.g. acme.learny.co. It's where you and your team sign in.
2. Verify your email. We send a 6-digit code — no passwords to manage. The first person to sign up becomes the workspace admin.
3. Land in your Company Brain. Every workspace starts with one shared brain that everyone can use.

Give your brain something to work with

A brain answers from two kinds of knowledge. You can start with either:

• SamePage — a shared page you type into directly. Anything you add is instantly answerable. The fastest way to get value on day one.
• Connections — link tools like Notion, GitHub, Jira, Google Drive and more, so the brain can pull answers from the systems where your work already lives.

Ask your first question

Open Chat and ask something in plain English — "What's our refund policy?", "Who owns the billing service?", "Summarize last week's incident." Learny Brain decides which sources to search, gathers the information, and answers — showing you the tools it used and linking back to the source.

Bring it to your team

• Invite teammates from Members — they join with a one-time code.
• Connect Slack from Integrations so anyone can ask the brain right inside Slack.
• Make it yours in Settings — add your logo, brand colors, and font.
